第一项：服务工作证件

第四项：上门服务四需要

1、必须通过电话，了解顾客车辆的故障现象、维修情况；

第五项：车辆维修五个一

1、修车前戴一双白手套；

2、车辆修好后，自己一定先试骑，完好后再由用户试骑；
